Items purchased from DailyShades.com may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt by the customer for a 100% refund, minus shipping. For a successful return the customer must also send an email to dailyshades@gmail.com to notify DailyShades of the return and what the customer is returning. All returns should be sent with tracking so that the customer will have proof of mailing. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items purchased must be returned in original packaging with case (if included) and a copy of the receipt must accompany the return. The package must be post marked on or before 30 days after original receipt to qualify. Credit cards will be credited minus the cost of original shipping and Pay Pal will be credited to your Pay Pal account. Return processing usually takes 5-7 business days to process once it is received. All returns should be sent to original shipping address.
